Design + Work
Having some kind of vision for your brand is imperative so please keep that in mind when reaching out for services. Having some kind of color theme, color scheme, etc. It's best to have some sort of idea when it comes to your business.

SlayedByJade Media, LLC agrees to produce project materials (the “Work”) at the request of the client for fees agreed upon in advance and delivery of the Work by an agreed-upon deadline. As long as client provides designer with all information, items, images and materials needed to do so within allotted time frame. SlayedByJade Media, LLC agrees that he will be the sole author of the Work, which will be original work and free of plagiarism. SlayedByJade Media, LLC will cooperate with Client in editing and otherwise reviewing the Work prior to completion and launch. After the client has selected one of the proposed designs will be responsible for completing additional research to further develop the chosen idea and completion of the remainder of the clients project. The client will be given the right to final say on all colors, fonts, text and images used in the final design.
Information provided for flyer designs that require us to physically type out the text will result in a additional $25 fee that must be paid prior to the design being released. If a flyer has to be redesigned due to lack of prior information given it will also result in a additional $25 fee. Once you post your flyer on any social media network it is not permitted to receive any additional changes unless a editing fee of $25 is paid.
Pricing + Payments
All pricing at SBJ Media, LLC is subject to change at any time and becomes effective upon posting to this site. If there has been an agreed pricing between SByJ Media, LLC and the client before changes have been made, it will remain valid until that project is complete. For projects $499 and under, payment in full is required before work will begin. For projects over $500, a non-refundable payment of at least 50% is required before any work will begin. Unless purchasing directly from the site, full payment or deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receipt of invoice or the project is subject to cancellation. All additional fees are added on to the closing invoice and are due 24 hours of your final approval. All remaining unpaid balances will be due within 24 hours of your final approval of the design concept. Once the final payment is made, the project will be finalized and all files will be sent to you.
Currently, payments are all made via Paypal, Google Pay or with a debit/credit card. No project will begin until payment has been 100% cleared (or deposit). There is also a payment link available in the footer of the website for additional fees you may need to pay.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.

Drafts + Mockups
Draft images of ANY kind are for the purpose of approval only. They may not be copied, manipulated, or distributed to any other person or company other than those directly involved with the project without prior permission from SBJ Media. All drafts works are the property of SlayedByJade Media, LLC.
The client has three days to respond to our emails and proofs. After this grace period, the order will be terminated, and the client will not be able to book with us again. Waiting on responses/decisions hinders us from closing out projects and moving on to new clients
Both parties understand that Client or SBJ Media, LLC may terminate the service at ANY time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by SBJ Media, LLC. Should Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed-upon estimate plus all expenses incurred.
SBJ Media, LLC also has the right to terminate this agreement/contract and retain payment if a client becomes verbally abusive, unreachable, procrastinates, absurd, unresponsible on their part (not responding, not doing the needed work, etc.), etc.
**This agreement can also be terminated by SBJ, LLC for the following reasons:
- Rejection of several designs without giving sufficient criticism or suggestions, leaving the designer to guess what they dislike (“I don’t know what’s wrong. I just don’t like it.”)
- Requests features that were not in the original agreement, and then refuses to pay for extra services rendered.
- Being rude or disrespectful to the designer/team.
- Makes unreasonable requests, usually with delivery time (“I would like four different versions of the website by tomorrow night, thank you!”)
- Is unable to make decisions, forcing the designer to make constant changes to the design.
- Overly-contact and harassment.
- No-contact, by not beinf responsive.
In the event of termination of this agreement, SBJ, LLC owns the design and has the right to consummate, exhibit, and/or sell the design (not including business name). Furthermore, SBJ Media, LLC owns all the design concepts engendered afore the final design. The client understands that once the invoice is paid in full, the client has the right to utilize the design in all media subsidiaries for business promotion and that SBJ Media, LLC reserves the right to exhibit the design for business promotional use.
Time Frame To Obtain Materials
The client has a time frame to obtain materials for the project and/or service requested. Any and all information should be sent through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any details regarding an order sent through any social media platform such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. will be null and void. If all material needed for the project and/or design is not provided SlayedByJade Media, LLC 7 days following the initial date of the signed agreement the contract is subject to one of the following:
1. Termination with no obligation of refund or services rendered.
2. Standard turnaround time restarts from the time all material is confirmed to be received by the designer.
3. Special instructions or permissions that must be approved and documented by the designer to be valid.
SlayedByJade, LLC acknowledges that he may receive or have access to information which relates to the Client’s past, present, or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals, and other proprietary information. SlayedByJade, LLC agrees to protect the confidentiality of the Client’s proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to SlayedByJade, LLC before this Agreement is signed or afterward. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by Client in advance of the establishment of this contract, SlayedByJade, LLC can display materials and final work created for Client on the SlayedByJade, LLC website http://www.slayedbyjademedia.com/
I don't see what I'm looking for. Do you create custome design orders?
Well of course we do! Slayedbyjademedia.com is the place for clients with standard orders to place then without the elongated line of emails and DM's, however if you desire custom designing for journals, notebooks, wedding invations etc. then you are MORE than welcome to us the contact page to give us a description of your desired graphic. We will respond to your email within 1-2 business days and do special quotes for custom designs.

Can I change my mind after I place my order?
Once an order has been placed, it is automatically added to our design queue (list). Changes made can compromise your place. This includes adding something as well. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will let you know if your changes can be accommodated.
How long will my order take?
Each and every design is unique. There is a turnaround time given for each service we provide in the description. However, revisions (if needed) may prolong the finalized design. Revisions make the process longer because there may be other clients' work that we are revising as well.
If you are in a time crunch, please be aware of these things OR order a rush service, if permitted.
