All wording TYPED out and emailed in a clear and concise document. Do NOT send anything hand-written or any screenshots.
Information provided for websites that require us to physically type out the text will result in an additional $25 fee that must be paid prior to the design being released. If website banners have to be redesigned due to lack of prior information given it will also result in an additional $25 convenience fee.
Wording must include product names, pricing, and descriptions if you'd like it stated on your banner.
Photos for slideshows, banners, and products. These MUST be high quality, professional photos. Screenshots or pixelated photos will NOT be accepted. It is highly recommended that you provide high-quality photos to go on your website, it creates the professional look you are aiming for.
Design time is about (5-8 weeks), from the date ALL the information needed to complete your site has been submitted. You can also rush your website (7-10 business days).
As your designer, there has to be trust implemented to ensure that your vision will come to life exactly how you pictured it. SlayedByJade Media consistently works to complete orders so we will not have constant contact. However, just because you don't hear from us after your order confirmation, does not mean we aren't working on your order. If you've submitted your information and paid your deposit, YOUR ORDER IS BEING WORKED ON.
We will not update you every time we complete something regarding your order, however, we are working to get your order out! If you have any questions about your order during this time, no problem, shoot us an email slayedbyjademedia@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Having some kind of vision for your brand is imperative so please keep that in mind when reaching out for services. Having some kind of color theme, color scheme, etc. It's best to have some sort of idea when it comes to your business.

If you have no vision and you say “just do whatever” or anything in that nature, then you have no control over the look. Please know what it is that YOU want for YOUR business as it delays the process if you aren’t vocal about it. Examples are always super helpful as well!
All projects are subject to a complete 100% non-refundable payment from the client. Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given especially after work (including mockups) have been issued and/or labor has begun.
If for any reason the client cancels services, no payment shall be reimbursed and becomes forfeited by the client. Once promotional items have been shipped/delivered, no refund shall be reimbursed unless items are defective or unless there was a mistake made by SBJ Media.
After the information inquires above have been filled out and payment has cleared, you are good to go! You’ll receive a confirmation e-mail to let you know your transaction was successful and we’ve received your order details.

ALL PROJECT TURN AROUND TIME ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HIGH VOLUME & HOLIDAY SEASONS. Although design concepts and revisions might be received on these days, SBJ Media does not work on weekends (Saturday + Sunday) or holidays.
Turn around time does include revisions as well so please be mindful + check your emails.
Turnaround time does not include prints + shipping.
